Risk Disclosure

Last updated June 2026. SprintPay is the brand and operating name of Finstack LLC (FinCEN MSB #31000323879688).

Please read this disclosure carefully before using the services of SprintPay — the brand and operating name of Finstack LLC, a Montana State, US-registered Money Services Business. It describes material risks associated with our products. It is not an exhaustive list, and you remain responsible for understanding the products you use.

1. Foreign-exchange risk

FX rates move continuously. The rate quoted to you is valid only for the quote-lock window indicated; outside that window, the rate may differ. Holdings in non-USD currencies fluctuate in value when measured in USD.

2. Cryptocurrency risk

Convertible virtual currencies (including USDT and USDC) are not legal tender and are not backed or insured by the U.S. government. Their value can fluctuate significantly. Stablecoin issuers carry credit, redemption and regulatory risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

3. Operational & settlement risk

Settlement on local payment rails is subject to bank, network, and recipient-bank operating hours and conditions. While most flows settle within minutes, some may take longer in exceptional cases (e.g., recipient bank outages, additional compliance review).

4. Regulatory & jurisdictional risk

SprintPay is regulated as a US Money Services Business. Customers are responsible for compliance with their own local laws, including tax. Our services may not be available in all jurisdictions.

5. Custodial risk (virtual currency)

If we hold virtual currency on your behalf, we apply institutional custody and security controls. Despite these controls, theft, loss, or compromise cannot be entirely eliminated.

6. No investment advice

SprintPay does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. The information on this site is for general informational purposes only.

7. No FDIC / SIPC insurance

Funds held with SprintPay are not FDIC-insured deposits and are not protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
